Refund policy

All commissioned pieces, custom framing, and personalized artworks are final sale and non-refundable.

Ready-to-Ship Originals & Prints: There is a 14 day window from the day of purchase to return any undamaged products. The buyer is required to pay for return shipping and ensure the artwork is shipped back in its original, undamaged condition.

If artwork is damaged in transit, a full refund or replacement will be provided.  Photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim is required.
